Summary: Room was clean, hot tub was actually Hot, they helped us open bottles at midnight as we were missing a bottle opener. Warm underground parking. We would stay again.

Summary: Nice beds. Newly renovated bathrooms. Room service non existent lots of calls to room service end up at front desk then goes to kitchen without answer. Gave up. Mysterious ice machine location on 4 and 8th floor. room keycards do not allow access to those floors. Front desk told me ice was on those floors but failed to mention that I cannot access those floors making the ice machines inaccessible. Misguided staff. Clueless waitress in restaurant took forever to take our orders and even longer to come back for drink orders and even longer still to bring our tabs. This staff the kids were nice. The manager is both clueless and unaware of these issues. I hope this helps him out. Also the elevator has buttons on both sides but you can only really use on side because a keycard has to be scanned very confusing when you first get into elevator that the other side is as useless as the hotel manager here. Sorry sir or madam. I hope this helps you out. Parking is decent here. One car is comped with my stay. Oh yeah pool water and hot tub water was managed very poorly like a sleezy motel. Get someone in there who knows what they are doing.
